Bed was so confortable. And th staff were so helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Location and the atmosphere of the bar were great

The noise during the night. My room was right on the road and I could not sleep due to trucks driving through the night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and choice from full menu. Close to trains, bishopsgate and London Bridge. Complimentary drinks. Beautiful building and bar.

No plug socket next to one of our beds. I like to charge my phone overnight near the bed as an alarm.
